We're excited to now offer shipping to customers in Canada!
Our goal is to make ordering from Mindset Decks as simple and hassle-free as possible. Below you'll find answers to the most common questions about international orders.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to:
- 🇺🇸 United States
- 🇨🇦 Canada
We're working toward offering shipping to additional countries in the future. If your country isn't currently available, we hope to serve you soon!
Where do orders ship from?
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in the United States.
How long does international shipping take?
Most Canadian orders arrive within 2-7 business days, although delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather, and carrier operations.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship Canadian orders using trusted international carriers, including:
- FedEx
- GlobalPost (with final delivery partners)
Your carrier is selected based on your location and the most efficient shipping option available.
Will I have to pay duties or taxes?
Possibly.
Because orders are shipped from the United States, Canadian Customs may assess import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges before delivery.
These charges:
- Are determined by Canadian Customs and the shipping carrier.
- Are not included in your order total at checkout.
- Are the responsibility of the customer.
If any charges apply, your carrier (such as FedEx or GlobalPost) will contact you with instructions before delivery.
Why wasn't duty included at checkout?
Import duties and taxes are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are based on factors such as:
- The value of your order
- Product classification
- Current customs regulations
- Your shipping destination
Because these fees are assessed by customs—not by Mindset Decks—we're unable to calculate or collect them at checkout.
Will every Canadian order have duties or taxes?
Not necessarily.
Some shipments pass through customs without additional charges, while others may have duties or taxes assessed. Because customs decisions are made by Canadian authorities, we cannot predict whether charges will apply to a specific order.
My tracking says "Customs Clearance" or "Clearance Delay." What does that mean?
This is a normal part of international shipping.
Your package is being processed by Canadian Customs before it can continue to its final destination. Most customs clearances are completed without any action required.
If payment of duties or taxes is required, the shipping carrier will contact you directly.
My tracking hasn't updated for several days.
International tracking sometimes pauses while packages are:
- Traveling between countries
- Waiting to clear customs
- Being transferred between shipping partners
This is normal and doesn't necessarily mean your package is lost.
If your tracking hasn't updated for an extended period, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
What happens if I refuse delivery?
If a shipment is refused because duties, taxes, or customs fees are not paid, the package may be returned to us.
Once the returned package has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our return policy. Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, and carrier charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund.
Can I return an international order?
Yes.
International orders may be returned in accordance with our standard return policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged item.

Currency
Canadian customers may see prices displayed in CAD for convenience.
Your final payment is processed by your payment provider, and any currency conversion is handled by your bank or credit card issuer.
