Domestic Shipping (USA)
Standard Shipping – USPS Ground Advantage | 3-5 business days
Expedited Shipping – 2-3 business days
International Shipping (Canada)
Flat Rate Shipping – 3-7 business days.
Shipping & Delivery Terms
DDU Notice – International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes assessed upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Free Shipping Promotions – Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.
High Order Volume – During busy periods or holidays, processing may take a little longer. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll email you right away.
Important: Once your order leaves our hands and is with the shipping carrier, they are responsible for its safe and timely delivery. While we’ll always do what we can to help, we can’t control shipping speed or carrier delays. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Items
Check Your Order Promptly – Please inspect your order upon arrival and let us know right away if something isn’t right.
Damaged Orders – If your items were damaged during shipping, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. We can assist with details if needed.
Lost Packages – If your package appears lost, first confirm with the carrier and check any delivery spots (mailroom, porch, neighbor, etc.).
Our Effort to Help – Once you provide confirmation from the carrier of a delivery issue, we may choose to resend your order at our discretion. While we can’t guarantee replacements in every case, we do our best to make things right.
Return to Sender Orders
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from the carrier, we’ll refund the product cost once it’s back at our fulfillment center. Shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases.
