Shipping & Returns
We want your products to arrive safely, quickly, and ready to inspire. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship and how returns work.
Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time – Orders are processed within 3 business days. We don’t ship on weekends or holidays.
High Order Volume – During busy periods, processing may take a little longer. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll email you right away.
Transit Time – Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Most orders ship via USPS and will arrive in 7 business days.
Important: Once your order leaves our hands and is with the shipping carrier, they are responsible for its safe and timely delivery. While we’ll always do what we can to help, we can’t control shipping speed or carrier delays. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Items
Check Your Order Promptly – Please inspect your order upon arrival and let us know right away if something isn’t right.
Damaged Orders – If your items were damaged during shipping, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. We can assist with details if needed.
Lost Packages – If your package appears lost, first confirm with the carrier and check any delivery spots (mailroom, porch, neighbor, etc.).
Our Effort to Help – Once you provide confirmation from the carrier of a delivery issue, we may choose to resend your order at our discretion. While we can’t guarantee replacements in every case, we do our best to make things right.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not 100% happy, you can return or exchange your Mindset Decks within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility:
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
- Items returned in a different condition may not qualify for a refund.
How to Return:
- Email support@mindsetdecks.com with your order number to start the process.
- At this time, we don’t provide prepaid return labels. Please use a tracked or signed shipping method for your return.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund (minus original shipping costs) within 7 business days.
Digital Downloads:
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
Return to Sender Orders
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from the carrier, we’ll refund the product cost once it’s back at our fulfillment center. Shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases.
